Hi! I am so glad you are here and that you found my page, I hope you enjoy looking around and seeing all the photos I have taken over the years. I still can't believe I get to do this "job" of taking photos -- it honestly doesn't even feel like a job to me. It just feels like it was what I was meant to do.
My mission as your wedding photographer is to capture timeless and true-to-life photos that you will want to hang on your walls for a lifetime! I want the colors of your day to show through in your photos and to not be muted or altered in any way. In addition, my #1 goal is to help you relax and enjoy your day all while being in front of the camera. I know we are all a little awkward when in front of the camera, and I will do my best to make you feel anything but.
In addition to capturing your photos, I am happy to help you with organizing your day of timeline and I will provide you with my family photo list template. This template is a great jumping point for getting those family photos organized. In addition, when you book I will send you a welcome guide that will help you with engagement photo planning and provide you with wedding day tips & tricks to make your day run even smoother.

FAMILY PORTRAITS
Time flies so fast when you’re a parent! Family portraits are an excellent way to press pause on time and celebrate every bit of joy that comes with being a family. My portraits don't just capture your connection as a whole. I capture the relationship between each individual family member, with a mixture of posed, silly, and candid shots. And you’re more than welcome to bring along the family furbaby!
Parents – I know the stress that you might be feeling at the thought of bringing the kids along to a family shoot. Worry not! I come prepared with lots of distractions for the kids, with games to play, toys, and even candy to bribe (if bribery is your thing!). And alongside my camera, I’ll also bring along a bluetooth speaker so we can all jam out and have fun.

My favorite part about shooting couple photos is when the guard goes down and the love and excitement comes out. Shot around sunset with a mixture of posed and candid images, with the option to bring along your own props, we’ll make your session a breeze of romance, laughter, and a whole lot of personality!

Frequently Asked Questions

What do we wear?
My no.1 suggestion is to dress comfortably, because when you’re comfortable, you feel much more relaxed. For group photos, pick 3-4 colors for contrast so you’re not too matchy-matchy. Moms – I recommend choosing your outfit first, and basing everyone else’s off of yours.

Can I bring an outfit change?
Of course!

Why do I need to sign a contract?
To give you a clear outline of the process, and to protect me, my images, my business, and my portfolio!

What’s your turnaround time?
For family and engagement shoots, 3-4 weeks. For weddings, 8 weeks.

Can I bring the family pet?
Absolutely! Just message me beforehand so I know to expect the furbaby!

Can we bring our own props?
You sure can – anything that you feel would show off your personality in the photographs, feel free to bring along.

I’m feeling a little nervous about having my picture taken. Do you have any advice?
It’s normal to feel nervous. Just remember, I’m here to make the session work for you. I’m pretty darn great at bringing people out of their shell! We’ll have a good chat before, and I’m happy to answer all of your questions about the process – big or small!
